For something to be created on the physical plane, it must be seen to be achievable and practical. It must be believed and it must be believable at the subconscious level by those who would create it.
People resist attempting the impossible because they don’t want to be seen as a fool, and they don’t like to fail.
Encouragement is often required in order to help people see something as achievable and practical, or at least, to make them feel safe beginning the journey.
