Here are some examples in employing the Laws to create what you want:
Step One: Choose one thing, and one thing only to focus on for the next hour.
Step Two: Select Laws from each of the three levels to form your Mindset Mantra. Choose the ones that feel the most powerful to you, and the ones you know could use some attention.
Step Three: Repeat your mantra three times, then wait a few minutes and do it again throughout the next hour until you are in complete energetic integrity and taking appropriate action.
For example, here’s a Mindset Mantra to create better health:
I am confident in my power to create whatever I choose. And I choose to be healthy. I see myself as already healthy, and I believe that I already am.
I take complete Responsibility for who I am today. I am very clear on what I want to feel like and look like. I will focus my energy today on healthy foods and eating habits. I will be persistent, and through practice build the habits that keep me in integrity.
I plan to eat one-third less, and eat healthier foods. I will build my health team, follow their guidance, and manage my lifestyle. I will put forth massive effort in my exercise programs and measure my results.
And so it is done.
And here’s a Mindset Mantra to find a new job:
I am confident in my power to create whatever I choose. And I choose to find a new job. I see myself as already in my new position, and I believe a great job is my destiny.
I take Responsibility for finding a new position. I am very clear on what I want the position to be, and I am passionate about creating it for myself. I will focus my energy today on taking steps to find a new position. I will be persistent, and through practice build the habit of searching every day until I find it.
I will create a plan to leverage my network. I will build my job team, and follow their guidance. I will manage my time, and I will put forth massive effort every day.
And so it is done.
And a little poem of sorts to increase productivity:
I Believe, I Believe I am very Productive
I Choose, I Choose to be Productive
I Focus, I Focus on being Productive
I Persist, I Persist about being Productive
I Plan, I Plan to be Productive
I Work, I Work, and I am Productive!
